Whispering Oaks is a deed restriction neighborhood governed by Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Each section within the community has covenants. The covenants provide the WOPOA Board of Directors the right to create rules and regulations, including policy resolutions, and to revisit these rules if they find that they no longer fit the community's needs. A resolution is needed when the governing documents are unclear on a specific issue or the Texas Property Code provides new statutory requirements . Resolutions and covenants are available for convenient download below.

Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for ALL projects. Plans must be submitted in ADVANCE. This is not only for initial home construction, but includes (not limited to) storage sheds, fences, gates, pools, decks, etc.
Please ensure submitted plans have the following:

-email address
-Address
-Lot number
