Park Information

  THE PARK IS OPEN AND RESERVATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED!

The Whispering Oaks Park is located on 867 Evening Shade Drive and open and free to all Whispering Oaks property owners. Amenities include a pavilion, restrooms, pond, barbecue grills, playground equipment, and basketball court. The park hours for reservations are 8 am – 12 am (midnight).

 · The reserving property owner must be present at ALL times during the event

· No swimming or boats in the pond – beware of snakes around the pond area.

· Observe the catch and release policy regarding fishing in the pond.

· Clean up trash and ashes after using the park.

· After your event, move full trash barrels next to the parking lot for pick-up.

· Music volume MUST be turned down at 10 pm.

· End event no later than 12 am (midnight).

· Be respectful of our neighbors at ALL times.

The reserving property owner is responsible for ensuring all rules are followed during their event. Failure to comply with Whispering Oaks Park Reservation Rules may result in loss of park reservation privileges (first infraction – one year ban; second infraction – lifetime ban)

 The park is monitored and residents are urged to immediately contact the Wilson County Sheriff at 830-393-2535 to report any criminal activity. Please note license numbers of vehicles and/or descriptions of suspects if possible.
