Dues

Membership dues are $72.60 annually per lot and are due on January 1 of each year.

(e.g. 2016 dues are due on January 1, 2016)

Payment after January 31st of each year is considered LATE and additional fees will be assessed.

Please do not be late with your dues!

Property Owner Dues are required

REGARDLESS of whether a home has been built or not
